Welcome to KHENSANI. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Made-to-Order Nature of Products All KHENSANI garments are made to order based on the measurements and preferences you provide at checkout. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

2. Order Confirmation Your order is confirmed once payment is received in full. Production begins shortly after confirmation, so please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Production & Delivery Each order is handcrafted and requires a production lead time as stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines begin after production is complete. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellations Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. As all items are made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or significantly different from what was ordered.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including designs, images, and text — is the property of KHENSANI and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability KHENSANI's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
