Production Time
As all KHENSANI pieces are made to order, please allow 7–20 business days for your item to be produced before it is dispatched. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays beyond our control.
Total Estimated Timeframe
From the time you place your order, please allow approximately 10–25 business days to receive your item.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Important Notes
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
- KHENSANI is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched
